Job Description

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of academic programs.
  • Ensure that academic programs meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of academic staff.
  • Support faculty in curriculum development and teaching methods.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to faculty
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop new courses and revise existing ones.
  • Ensure that curricula are aligned with industry trends and employer needs.
  • Implement innovative teaching practices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Work closely with other departments such as admissions, student affairs, and industry partners to promote academic success.
  • Represent the institution in academic forums and external collaborations.
