Job Description

  • Implement, monitor, and continually improve quality assurance policies and procedures in line with institutional standards and external accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct regular academic audits, ensuring compliance with national and international accreditation standards, including quality control measures for academic programs.
  • Analyze data on student outcomes, curriculum effectiveness, and faculty performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with academic heads, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure consistent quality standards across departments.
  • Identify areas for quality improvement in teaching, learning, curriculum design, and student services, and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of feedback mechanisms for students and faculty, using insights to drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Assist in developing and revising institutional policies and guidelines related to academic quality and compliance.
